How I Found My Voice…

Hi I'm the creator of Box of Santa Stories. I never thought I'd be this person, making videos... sharing stories. I find it difficult to do anything that requires self-promotion, even just talking sometimes.

But now I have things to say… I've created stories, that I feel are worth sharing. Right now, 2024 and I have no subscribers on Youtube, no followers on instagram, and any Facebook friends never hear from me.

Well, maybe it'll stay like that and no one will care. But that's fine, I'm doing this for me.

I think there are many people like me, out there. You know, quiet people that have creative things to share… but we don't. The thinkers, the listeners, the givers... we don’t mind lending our ear. But we truly don't expect the same in return.

So I've challenged myself to start creating these videos. Hey, at the end of the day, maybe my Mom will like them.

I created my first story last summer and soon I will have my first children's book.

But since then, i have more things to say, more stories to tell, and I couldn’t wait to share them. So this is my Youtube channel, Box of Santa Stories... Year One.

I hope my stories can help people believe in themselves again, or at least... bring in a bit of magic back into Christmas.

There is a battle between good and evil, and it’s waging war in the minds and eyes of every human being, even the young kids out there.  Each one of us had something special in us when we were young… and many of us lost that talent, or that passion years ago. 

In my battle... the snake in my head... was sent to silence me... to keep me quiet... and he was winning for 20 years. Hitting the snooze button in life... and on life... poor habits and going through a sluggish existence.

It took me over a year to figure myself out. I’ve forgotten who I was. That would have sent me down a path of complete silence, never doing what I was supposed to do.

There is still a bit of that going on in my head, but the door is open... Now I'm a challenge to myself. I can't get rid of the snake in my head, but now I know how to fight him. 

This little Box of Stories is meant to inspire. This will include some of Santa's favorite stories from his more memorable children. There will be some truth in the background, some stories about toys and dogs, elves, kids and parents. Santa remembers many parents, when they were children too.

He sees each child shine in his or her own way..., and he knows your special gifts and talents.

Every child has a light shining in this world. But usually... the world beats us up and each light can get a little dimmer over time… Sometimes we even forget our own talents or childhood passions.

I hope you enjoy my world. My goal is to have 40 videos before Christmas. I'd like to encourage you to find your imagination, become a kid again, for a few minutes, and take a sleigh ride with me. 

Because in a world full of negativity. I just want to be positive.
